Riverboat Gambler

Riverboat Gambler is a great dice game hosted by Marj.

In Riverboat Gambler, players must fill in a total of 10 categories:

• Ones,
• Twos,
• threes,
• Fours,
• Fives,
• Sixes,
• Two pairs, (Example: 2, 2, 4, 4, 6. Note that 4 of a kind is not two pair.)
• Full house, Example: 3, 3, 3, 5, 5, is a full house, 3 of a kind and 1 pair., If you get 4, 4, 4, 4, and 4, this is not a full house.)
• A straight,
  Small Straight, (4 dice, either:
  • 1, 2, 3, and 4,
  • 2, 3, 4, and 5, or
  • 3, 4, 5, and 6.

  • Large Straight, (5 dice,
    • 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, or,
    • 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.

• Lowball, a total of all 5 dice subtracted from 100 points. (In this category, you want to keep your lowest numbers. Example, 4 ones and 1 two would equal 6 points. When subtracted from the starting number of 100, you would get 94 points for your lowball. Note that if you get 5 ones, example: 1, 1, 1, 1, and 1, you will get a bonus of 5 points for your lowball and score a perfect score of 100. However, if you haven’t scored your ones yet, it is to your advantage to use your five ones on your ones category as you will get a 20 point bonus.)

Note: If you get 5 of a kind in your 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 categories, you get a 20 point bonus.
